On Tuesday 18^th August, our three intrepid explorers Sarah, Neil and Simon took to the skies for their first ever skydive.

We arrived at around 0830 to a grey and slightly damp airfield with a lot of low cloud that prevented take off. We sat it out until around 1330 when the first plane took off with Simon on board, dressed as the Riddler – he came back exhilarated and wanted to go straight up again in the next plane! Sarah was next up dressed in combats with one of Buddy’s babies strapped to her webbing – how many teddies can claim to have been thrown out of a plane at 10,000 feet? Last but not least came Neil in the third flight, fully kitted out as Batman! What an experience for them all; thank you for taking part and for raising funds for our little charity.
